I strongly recommend staying away from Ghost Book Writers. My experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare. After two years, over 100 emails, countless follow-ups, and money spent, I have been left with nothing useful or publishing-ready to show for it. I hired Ghost Book Writers expecting professional publishing services, but instead experienced repeated mistakes, failure to follow instructions, endless back-and-forth communications, and a complete lack of accountability. Even the simplest corrections became an exhausting process because the work was repeatedly done incorrectly. Despite my patience and numerous attempts to resolve these issues, the company ultimately stopped responding to me altogether. Imagine paying a company for professional services, spending TWO YEARS chasing them to complete the work properly, and then being completely ignored without receiving the finished product you paid for. What makes this especially disappointing is that publishing a book is a deeply personal and meaningful accomplishment. Authors trust these companies with their hard work, time, and money. That trust should never be taken lightly. In my experience, Ghost Book Writers was unprofessional, unreliable, and failed to deliver on its commitments. Their lack of communication and accountability has been unacceptable. I am sharing this review to warn other aspiring authors: Please do your research before paying this company. I wish I had known what I know today. Two years, more than 100 emails, money lost, and no usable final publishing package. Completely unacceptable. I would never recommend Ghost Book Writers to anyone.

They didn't say which Doubletree by Hilton Hotel to park at. When I went in to the main lobby at the one by the airport she even said they get that a lot. I had to go to another Doubletree by Hilton Hotel 6 miles further away from the airport. I went in and they said the shuttle comes every hour on the hour. I waited a half hour and the driver said he won't be leaving until 8:30 am, my flight leaves at 9:15am so now it's crunch time. I had to call a Lyft ride and he was there in 5 minutes but my flight left before I got there at 8:50am. My whole Vacation ruined because I tried to save a few bucks by not using a Lyft to get there (which I ended up using twice and cost me $45 anyways).

Was very disappointed. We were asked to move to a 4:30pm show because they made a mistake and over sold the 6:30pm show. It was still daylight, so the candles were pretty, but there was no atmosphere. Then the trio came out and started. The cello and viola were excellent. They had beautiful tone and blended well together. The violinist was making me cringe. He had trouble staying in pitch with higher notes. And played too loudly to blend in properly. Lastly, the arrangements were pure vanilla. There was no imagination there. This was a tribute to the Beatles. My family are Beatles fanatics, so we were very much looking forward to the evening. We all left disappointed.

I didn't get that 'you're out to get me' feeling in filling out my claim due to your precise and simplified instructions which are also transparent. That enabled me to prepare the relevant supporting documents knowing why they are required. Submitting the claim online didn't take too long. What amazed me was that from the submission of my claim to you informing me that it had been approved to my bank telling me that the payment has been made took all of 10 hours. I'll definitely take you up again as what sort of service I was hoping for went above expectation. Thank you very much.

They’re an absolute credit to the brand.

AWFUL EXPEREINCE WITH SPINTEL Tried to sign up for the recent $30 off for 6 months Spintel deal - all went through OK online. Next morning I get an email to say that my order has been put on hold because they need to speak to me. I ring both their numbers and get cutoff before I even get to their phone menu. Tried the chat - AI bot tells me my order has been cancelled - transfers me to human op - 2 hours later still waiting for human op to answer. Glad I dodged that bullet - will not deal with this company again and nor should you

This site is misleading. They will enticed you for 1$ fee for all then charge you for 100$ for something you did not authorized. And their refund policy is built in to never give you back that money. Was not even worth it.
